In the year 2028, technology security company Datavault quietly launched a new anti-malware software. By creating a digitably tangible world to represent a system or network, an anti-virus software can take the form of a creature. By turning the formless anti-virus into a simulated creature, effectiveness is massively increased. This revolutionary technology was called False-Physical Virus Bypass, or FPVB, to investors. Internally, the people working on the project called the innovation the Hackreatures System. In the two year period after its soft launch, no system using the FPVB was compromised. In order to keep up with this new technology, hackers will have to find new ways to access the systems of the world’s most powerful companies.
